The package also includes our support when writing your property description and overview. It includes listing your property on a major property portal, on our social media channels and it includes a for sale sign for your property. Your property listing remains live until it is sold and you can update your property listing photos and content at any time, 24/7. This package is our most affordable property listing package and is best suited for those that want to photograph their own property and simply upload into their dashboard area. This package also includes full online listing support.
+ PHOTO SHOOT: In addition to the above package, this package includes photography. We arrange to have professional photographs taken of your property at a suitable time and upload into your dashboard area so that it features in your property listing.
+ FLOOR PLAN: In addition to the package above, this package includes a floor plan. We arrange to create a floor plan of your property and upload it into your dashboard area, so that it features in your property listing.
+ HOME REPORT: In addition to the above package, this package is for those that require us to arrange and supply a property Home Report. n completion of the Home Report, we upload this into your dashboard area, so that it features in your property listing. * The cost included for the Home Report assumes a property value up to £600k.
